What makes a product manager great?

They are empathetic so they can listen to what users and stakeholders really need and what is possible and needed within the product organization
They are actively learning from everything they do and observe and share these learnings
They are technical (and keep on learning) so they can translate between tech and business stakeholders
They focus on experimentation to validate their hypothesis (about product, collaboration and organizational design) rapidly
They focus on helping their team, their users and their stakeholders to achieve results together
