How to learn (when you have no time for it)

As a product person you know how important learning is – and you still don't do it, because you take no time for it.

Here's to change it:

• ⏰ Save time for learning – otherwise you won't do it
  • every working day
  • better at the beginning of day before product requests come in
• ⁉️ Write down questions while you work
  • What would I like to know more about?
  • What are you struggling with right at this moment?
• 🤩 Learn what you need and enjoy right now
  • Pick your questions and write possible answers
  • Challenge and extend your answers with online material (only read what you need)
  • Don't set up huge plans with idealistic goals ("What a senior PM needs to know")
  • Go by your own speed and interest, not anyone else's
• 🧪 Experiment with the hypotheses of your answers
  • How can I apply and challenge my new knowledge in my work in the next week?
• 📚 Apply learning best practices
